NSTIC has made a Steering Group By-Laws discussion draft available. It was released just before the Internet Identity Workshop (IIW) this month, which provided a wonderful opportunity for the community to begin discussing it and providing feedback. To support and continue that conversation, we have made a copy available here for review and comment.
